I love your product but am not from the USA. Can I still order one?

We don't offer international shipping at this time but we do have our collection in Canada - spicesandco.ca and we'll ship your order anywhere in Canada.

I want to show off my parcel at Friday’s cocktail party. Can I get it by then?

Subscription boxes ship once a month. And while we can’t guarantee delivery times for single box purchases, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 days. We are working on a 2-day rush delivery option which will be available shortly.

How do subscriptions work?

When you sign up for a subscription by last day of the month, we ship The Happy Hour Box to your doorstep the second week of the following month. A surprise of delectables every 2 months! Subscription fees are paid automatically via credit card. We're flexible, there’s no commitment, you can skip a month or opt out any time 5 days before the monthly cut-off date, which is the last day of the month.

What if I just want a single box or single item?

We do that too! Head to our products page to explore our pre-curated boxes or purchase a single product.

What’s the benefit of getting a subscription?

Our products tell a story and set a course of constant exploration. By subscribing, you’re not just ensuring a treat every time; you’re signing up for a curated journey that’s full of constant discovery. Oh, and shipping is included with a subscription!

Can I customize a box for a special occasion?

Absolutely! Pick and choose from our collections, buy a Spices & Co. Gift Box and build your gift at home.

Where do you source your products?

Anywhere we travel! There are no limits to where we draw our inspiration! We like it, we offer it!

Are your products nut-free?

We can't commit to any of our products to be nut-free or allergen-free. There's an ingredient list for each products but if you have harmful allergies, we suggest you withhold.

How do I cancel my subscription or skip a box?

Send us a cancellation or skip request through your Account History in your Profile prior to the 25th of the month. We’ll opt you out immediately.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on non-food items only. If something is wrong with your order, contact us right away. For boxes, we only accept returns of the entire box, and for products, they have to be in mint condition. Exchanges orders will receive a full refund, with no stock or handling charges, replacement order pricing as shown on website. If you'd prefer a refund to your credit card, $6 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping and handling charges. Food items are not returnable and non-refundable.

Can you have the delivery person leave my package at my doorstep if I'm not home?

This is usually left up to the person who is delivering your package. There's no guaranteed way to make this happen, but a good try is to put the instruction in the ¨Address 2¨ field of your shipping address or try leaving a note on your door.
